Shipping within Australia

Orders received by 2pm (AEST/AEDT) will be despatched that day.  Orders received after 2pm will go the following day.  We are offering FREE shipping and your shoes will be delivered in Standard (metro) domestic orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days of being shipped - however please note some delays may occur due to the higher volume experienced by AusPost during this COVID period. Regional areas may take a little longer. 

All parcels from DESYLLAS will require a signature on delivery. Please note that DESYLLAS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post International service for deliveries outside Australia. We are offering FREE International shipping. All packages are tracked and you will be provided email updates as your order is on its way. Country specific delivery estimates are available online at Australia Post Delivery times listed are estimates for delivery between metro areas of major cities and EXCLUDE any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside Australia Post's control.

RETURNS

We are confident you will love your DESYLLAS product but we understand online shopping can be difficult. If for some reason you are unhappy, we will offer a refund with the following criteria being met:

  1. Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Your item must be returned to 248 Angas Street, Adelaide, 5000 Australia in its original packaging, brand new, undamaged in protective postal packaging, within 14 days of your original order date. The returned package must include all related accessories including shoe wrapping, tissue paper, replacement tap-heels, cards, copy of proof of purchase. Please try your DESYLLAS shoes on a carpeted surface as you will not be able to return items that are damaged or scratched on the sole of the shoe

  3. It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.

  4. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

  5. We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer.

Desyllas reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that appears to have been worn, damaged, soiled, altered or anything that Desyllas reasonably believes that has been used.

If your return package is not accepted it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be granted.

When sending a return parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest you return the goods by registered post to ensure delivery.

Please contact us at studio info@desyllas.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods, to advise if you will be returning your goods and then please follow the above directions for return address. Be sure to include your name and order number on your parcel so we can quickly identify you to speed up the refund process.
